This Hamptons cottage was custom built to craft 4 bedrooms upstairs, a master suite on the main level and extra sleeping room downstairs for summer guests. A beachy wood plank envelops the home's exterior. An expansive back deck was designed in the inverse shape to the back of the house to create two separate gathering spaces. The interior flooring is a honey colored oak of varied widths with lots of character and expressive grain. The walls running through the center corridors and main rooms of the home were painted a pale candlelight yellow, generating a feeling of warmth and airiness throughout the home. The owners wanted the house to have a light-hearted + beachy feel so whimsical wall colors, furniture, artwork and lighting can be found in every corner. There is even an arcade on the lower level!
